There was a good turnout at our Annual General Meeting earlier this week. There was all the usual stuff expected of an AGM, but also a museum update from Steph and an interesting talk by Gerald about the miners’ strike of the ’80s.
The Friends expressed their appreciation and support to the Museum team for their excellent efforts over the past year, despite challenging conditions and operating under a high degree of uncertainty.
To Steph, Alex and Becky, a HUGE THANK YOU from the Friends. We do appreciate everything you do for the Museum and the local community.

Why not visit the team at the Museum on Tuesdays or Wednesdays between 10 am and 4 pm?
