Exciting news from the Museum! We will be open next week for four consecutive days! Tuesday 17^th December to Friday 20^th December from 10 – 4 pm daily.

Next week’s opening is a fantastic opportunity to enjoy the collection, chat with staff and volunteers, browse our refreshed retail section and buy those last-minute Christmas cards (or early ones for next year!). All profits help support our wonderful museum.

Tours of the Guildhall will also be available. Walk in the footsteps of Royalty!  It’s best to book but tours are sometimes available on the day, just ask the staff or volunteers. Please book on the RBWM Ticketing page. Tours take about 40 minutes and are £5 for adults, and £3 for children (£1 less for Advantage Card holders).

There is also an unmissable exhibition on the Corn Exchange about the 175th anniversary of the coming of the railways with more inside too. This gives an invaluable insight into one of the major reasons that the area has grown so much.
